| For training I always did 45 seconds hard as possible on hard tension, then 45 seconds cool down. Do that series for about five minutes. Then do 45 medium speed hard tension, 45 medium speed low tension. For 5 minutes. Keep going this way until you reach 30 min. |

| My advice would be to not expect waist results from a stationary bike. After running, do some sort of ab work out and that should be your best bet. |
