| I'm 15 years old, about 6ft tall, weigh 122 pounds, I have a bench, 8 pound dumbbells and will do push ups, crunches, leg lifts, etc I need someone to make me a hardcore workout routine real fast that'll gain me some STRENGTH with what i have to work with, i can go to a track to run i just don't have any running shoes, and if you could make me a work out routine with what i got to work with and a good shoe to run in, I'd appreciate it ! and is it better to work out one day then skip a day? or just go straight on? Thanks! |

| get a yoga ball and a deck of cards and some free wewights (5 or 8 lbs). shuffle the deck and go though each card. spades are pushups, clubs are crunches (crunches and pushups are on the ball) and diamonds are left curls (with weights) and hearts are right curls with weights. when you get the weights be sure to do a squat to go down and grab both weights.and curl up. face cards are 10 and then the other cards just o their number. . new balance are good running shoes. so are cross training shoes. reeboks are good too. and i work out everyday but every other day works too |
