| I am stronger then most kids my age, in practically everything except for the lower body. How much should i run each day, or what goal should i attempt to reach? I want to lose about 15 pounds to get lean and so my muscle shows, and be able to run a mile as fast as id be expected to. My height, dunno for sure, but around 5'2-5'5. Not exactly asking for help on running shoes and stretching and the like, please strictly keep to my question. thxAnd school starts in 2 months, so id like to get the most results before then lol if u know what i mean |
