| I am sick of not getting the balance right. I wish to lose weight and be toned. But I seem to keep getting it totally wrong. I was losing weight fine with 30 mins exercise bike a day and a really strict diet. But I was only having like half a sandwich for lunch and a small meal at dinner and little else. Now I am doing 45 mins on the cycle (interval training mostly) and specific exercises for my arms, waist, butt (for the butt, I swing my leg upwards and forwards, then straight out behind me). I dont overeat...and I stick to low fat, diet of mostly fish, vegetables, fruit, rice cakes and fat free yoghurt, with a wholewheat sandwich for lunch. But my butt has gotten bigger (it is solid as a rock), my thighs have gotten bigger and my weight is up and it is making me miserable. Please tell me what balance of exercise and diet I need to get to where I want... what exercise will keep me from being flabby and wobbly, but still allow me to lose weight (IE- not gain too much(ie- not gain too much muscle weight) I am getting to point I feel the solution is to eat next to nothing, not bother with exercise and just starve off the parts I do not want. |

| Try Yoga, it will lengthen the muscles instead of bulking them up. You're diet is ok, but make sure to stop eating 2 hours before bedtime and DO NOT eat one thing after the cut off time. You might want to also do some walking instead of the cycling, because the cycling is building those muscles. |
