I already asked if it is better than normal exercise...but I want to know if it is more efficient if you want to lose weight without bulking up... I do it on my stationary bike, by the way. Before I did 45 minutes of solid cycling at the same speed, same resistance. I now go faster, slower, moderate, change the resistance for the 45 mins...and boy do I feel the sweat.

Indeed it is. It works the heart through different ranges of heart rates, pushes your body to the limit and burns more calories.

It is supposed to be better. I walk the treadmill and do all variations of run, walk , fast, slow and inclines. I can see a difference already!
