| I already asked if it is better than normal exercise...but I want to know if it is more efficient if you want to lose weight without bulking up... I do it on my stationary bike, by the way. Before I did 45 minutes of solid cycling at the same speed, same resistance. I now go faster, slower, moderate, change the resistance for the 45 mins...and boy do I feel the sweat. |

| Indeed it is. It works the heart through different ranges of heart rates, pushes your body to the limit and burns more calories. |

| It is supposed to be better. I walk the treadmill and do all variations of run, walk , fast, slow and inclines. I can see a difference already! |

| hi!yes it is better. Way better!i have been doing a workout based on interval training combined with weights or body weight exercises and I already lost 40 pounds.
