yes it's a good start but make sure you don't spot train. Also try protein shakes. Diet is the most important factor in gaining or losing weight. Make sure you have a good amount of protein, either from shakes or other meats and stuff to incorporate into your diet.Other than that just don't expect instant results, some people's genes are different than others and some people can just add muscle faster than others due to genetic reasons. everyone is different. do what works best for you. the only way to do that is to try it out Smile

If you want to gain muscle and you think your metabolism is thing holding you back I would first try and adjust your diet. To build muscle the best way you need to be doing three thing.1, Weights2, Increaing Protein intake either naturally or with shakes3, Getting enough calories- The body needs to be in a calorie excess for hypertrophy (bigger muscles)Simple equation I found on the web which I use is; Protein intake should be roughly 2.2 x body weight in KG.Calorie intake should be 16X body weight in lbs

I think that is great. A lot of people like to work a body part every other day, but that really doesn't give your fibers enough time to regenerate. I like how your plan is layed out. Don't forget the protein .7 t o .9 grams per lb of body weight if you are trying to build mass!Good Luck!
