For the last 3 months I would say I have all of a sudden got high blood pressure. I eat well, exercise very hard 2 hours a day, god knows what is casuing it!When I am sitting down and my heels are touching the floor, I need to move them like every 20 seconds as their is no blood in my feet, as soon as I move my feet and stretch them they are fine. When I have my arms folded, their is basically no blood in my hands and I have to move and stetch them to feel normal. Also if I am laying down and I get up slow or fast, I feel very dizzy. When I am at the gym, I run 2 minutes running at 10km , put my hands on the heart monitor and my heart rate is 200 (Heart basically pumping out of my chest) and as I am running it just stays as that.I am 6'4 175lbs Not fat, probally a lil chubby but I am strong. If you have any suggestions as to why this is happening or what I could do to help my self I would be more than happy to hear what you have to say!ThanksMatt

You sound as though you are in good shape with the gym, weight for your height may be a bit short but adequate and the exercise of 2 hours per day may be a bit strenuous. So,get to a cardiologist as quickly as possible. Have him do a complete check up. I am sure he will after you describe your symptoms.
