okay so summer will almost be here and you know, all of your friends are on a vaca. or sleeping in or being a couch potato or doing something but your at home stuck.so then you start eating, eating, eating, getting on the computer, watching tv, sleeping, eating eating eating.but this year i dont want to do that!i want to be healthy, in shape, and ready for anything=]i dont want to sleep in till 1:00 pm.i want to get up early, make breakfast[healthy], clean, and feel good about myself and what i've done.im not going to be able to go to the track or like, go to the weight room at school or anything.so what can i do at home? something thats active and fun!i have a big backyard but my dog poops in it a lot! i've tried to run but it just stinks and i dont want to worry about getting poop on my shoes.so what are some good acticiteas and sporty ones i can do inside my house and even out?thanks=]

theres not many sports ur can play in your living rooms. and unless you get a home gym there isnt much to do. Go to a local park or something. theres got to be one somewhere or a place that you can run at.

Some ideas to get you started:Take your dog for a long walk every morningGo for a bike rideJUMP ROPE!! its a great calorie burner, and can burn more than 10 calories per minute!Make your own weights by filling 1 liter bottles with sand, then closing them tightly. This will create weights between 2 and 3 pounds.RollerbladeBecome a dog-walker--you can earn money and get exercise!Lifeguard at a local pool, where you can swim for free during breaks and after work (there are cute boys there too!)Best of luck with a healthy summer!

You can start off the day with a good walk, breathe in that fresh morning air, get that heart pumping. Have a good breakfast, it really is the most important meal of the day. Multivitamins and minerals, you'll really feel the difference. Drink water. This are just simple things too many people just don't do.As for activities inside the house try:1) turbo jam2) dance mat with friends or family, awesome exercise.3) twister, does anyone remember twister.4) house clean, move furniture around.5) lift weights.6) if you have kids or little brothers and sisters you could watch a kids show that does a lot of dancing, I dance with my boy..loads of fun and lots of energy.Outside the house;1) swim2) walk or bike ride, go with a friend.3) play outside4) yard clean5) wash windows6) throw the ball or frisbee.Make it a daily routine, be active and have fun.
