| All those things are good for you, and it's good that you have stopped the eating disorder. The only thing that i would change would be to stop eating white bread. It's very starchy and contains lots of fat. It is ok to eat fatty foods once and awile, because your body needs it to run but if your excercising then you will be alright. Remember anyone who comes out of a disorder and eats few calories, and then changed their diet to higher calorie intake, will gain a masive amount of weight, but it will go away. Stick to eating alot of fish, its very healthy for you, and is lower in fat.Good job hun! |

| there no way you'll gain weight. i know you dont want to hear it but you should be eating more really. if you used to work out for 4 - 5 hours then your metabolic rate will be really high anyway so you'll be burning more calories by just standing still. try to obsess less.keep well! |
