| ok, so i'm a 14 year old girl. i'm 5 foot 6.5 inches tall and around 145 lbs. i'm not too upset with my appearance but my doctor said i'm at risk for being overweight (not obese). so i just want a STRICT DIET PLAN AND EXCERSISE ROUTINE that can make me go from 145 to 120.** so you know, i used to be 120 pounds last year and all of the sudden recently i've gained weight. it's not like i'm trying to reach an impossible goal. |

| Yeah, it is. Get ready: You are NEVER gonna be all skinny and skeletal anymore. It's called gaining weight for periods and child birth. Contact your doctor to inquire about a diet plan. You may have other health issues (diabetes, etc) that needs to be addressed. |

| you are too young yo be even considering losing weight. your body has not fully developped and has not gone through full puberty so wait untill you're at least 17 but eat healthfully and exercise in the mean time. |
