| I am 18 and about 190 pounds. I have been trying to lose weight since I was about 11. I have tried diet after diet, fitness plan after fitness plan, and every combination of the two. I have a hectic life and when I have the time to exercise, I don't have the energy. I am at risk of diabetes and heart diseases, even more so if I continue to gain weight. I already have asthma. I know it will be harder the older I get, so I have been trying to find a way to lose the weight within the next year or two. If I get to 200 pounds, I don't know what I'll do. I dread reading that number on the scales. If you have any advice, please help me. Even the smallest thing might help. Thanks. |

| Wow. I have something that you really need to look at. It is called the "Healthy for Life" program and it is specifically for people who are at risk for diabetes ( although anyone can do it). I recently became a team leader in this program. As a team leader, I had to walk the walk and not just talk the talk. So I know exactly how powerful it is. As a team leader, I can support you through the program. Take a look at this website and let me know what you think. http://www.releasingfat.com/Just click on the " Site Tour" icon and watch the flash presentation. If you are interested, please send me a message so I can give you a discount code. |

| You might want to consider gastric bypass surgery. In the long run, the weight will stay off and you will be healthier. |
