| I grew up very overweight and at 15 I was almost 300 lbs. Around that time I started working out on a Gazelle with a workout routine of sit-ups and push-ups, and of course a diet. Within two years I lost around 100 lbs. Now I'm 19, 6'3", 210 lbs--I was down to 200, but have gained a few pounds back. Likewise I've gotten nervous. I brought out the Gazelle again and it just doesn't seem to do it like it used to for me. My grandfather has a Bowflex and I've considered starting to use that, and I've had an AbLounge for about a year(but I haven't really had too many results).I'm also concerned about not being able to lose my extra skin after being so fat for so much of my youth. I'd love to firm up more than anything else in the world right now, and I'm wanting to loss around 20-30 lbs. Does anyone have suggestions for a diet plan and/or exercise routine with my given body type? And would it be possible to ever have a flat stomach after being that heavy? I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks |

| Yes the answer is in negative calorie diets. These food items take more energy to digest and more time to digest than it gives the body. So you feel satisfied after meal, you can eat normally and also lose weight. http://clocks.110mb.com/negativecaloriefoods.htm gives you all about negative calorie diets and also you can see if your body mass index or BMI is correct. |
