| I have no heart rate monitor and i am usless at measuring my pulse. So i can't use that fat burning zone mubo jumbo. I can tell you i am 18 and reasonably fit. I ussually run but i think i run to fast for lipolysis to take place.... |

| There is no such thing. Your muscle will use up locally stored nutrients (sugar, fat and protein) which will be replenished by your body stores later. When your local store is used up, you will know about it. |
