Age: between 15-20Weight: 115 poundsHeight: About 5'Gender: FemaleMy goal: Loose 10 poundsBe more activeGain upper and lower body strengthToneI have a mini trampoline,mp3 player, 1pound weights.I have fat from my stomach to my thighs. . Please nothing that CANNOT be done in a small room or possilby the yard.(I don't have alot of space or freedom )10 points for best answer |

| I've heard jumping rope is the most calorie-burning exercise you can do. maybe do that every other day or so? and then on the other days do trampoline and weights? |
