| HiI recently bought an exercise bike... I cycled at quite a pace (enough that i was in my fat burning heart rate area) for 12 minutes, it said id burnt off 10 calories, is this all! How depressing!Does that sound right? If so does that mean i would have to cycle for 2hours to burn off a pack of walkers crisps! It just says "Cals", I didnt even know there were 2 types of calories! |

| I warm up with cycling, and burn 125 calories in 20 minutes... so no 12 minutes and only 10 calories is definatly not right! |

| Wait...Are you sure it wasn't fat calories? My treadmill has a thing that says calories, fat calories, and running time/distance.Are you sure you're confusing the two? |
