You'll really have to be careful of what you eat when you reach 100lbs. You'll probably have to stay on the cabbage soup diet for a while since your weight probably shouldn't be that low.

You don't want to be under 100 lbs... that would be bad... just eat healthy foods and a variety... like salads and fruits and grains and go learn how to eat from a hippie vegan or something.

No it doesn't. It's so gross! And you don't need to diet! You are too skinny!! Just be happy with your body.

It works because it is a very low calorie diet. (vlcd) - and it was originally meant for cardiac patients who needed to lose weight before surgery... not for normal healthy people who are already on the thin side.It doesn't work long term because you basically are putting your body into starvation mode - so as soon as you start eating your body will grab hold of all the fat it can to store against the next wave of starvation...If you really want to lose a few pounds, cut out the junk food and exercise more. No alcohol, plenty of water - you'll be there in a month or so - and you'll be more likely to keep it off by reeducating your eating habits.
