I am in high school (drama =]) and I recently did something to lower my 'status,' if you will. I lost a lot of 'friends', which lowered my self-esteem. I also gained a little bit of weight. I used to be so strong, outgoing, and a beautiful (on the inside =]) person with faith. I feel I lost all of that. I even feel I lost touch with my family, and God. I was just wondering if you had any tips to help me become the person I was raised to be, and also to help me feel good about myself by losing this weight. I never really had to worry about my weight growing up, so now I do not have a good health plan. (I eat a lot and give up when trying to exercize by myself). If anybody had any tips or comments, please feel free. I appreciate it!

Lots of walking, water and more fibre.I suggest that you take time to find a good guide on weight loss and dieting. I can recommend one to you and I will post a link to my blog where I talk about issues like these at the bottom.Think of it like this... if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way.Feel free to drop by and leave me a question or comment. I hope you will have the same results that I did! http://weightlossfornow.blogspot.com/good luck to you!

Absolutely NO diet sodas or diet foodDiet sodas have been called the “new crack” because they appear to be so physically addicting. They actually make you fat. The reason they are promoted so heavily is because people become physically addicted to them and they are cheaper to make than regular sodas. I did an interesting experiment with people who drank diet sodas on a regular basis. For two weeks they replaced their diet soda with regular high-calorie sugar sweetened soda. Amazingly, no one gained any weight. Even more shocking was 80 percent of the people actually lost weight. One person lost seven pounds! This was stunning to me. Diet foods fall into the same category. Do not eat anything that is being presented as a diet food. They are loaded with ingredients that will actually make you fatter, and make you physically addicted. Use organic apple ciderThis has some magical property which helps eliminate fat cells from the body. Take a couple of teaspoons before each meal and you will be amazed at how your clothes will become bigger in no time. For more tips on how to lose weight go to my site there is a link to it in my profile.

Don´t worry-God is always close to you...even when we do wrong. He loves us and make a decision to renew your life and move closer to Him.To help you self esteem, please watch or listen to Joel Osteen at www.joelosteen.com. I watched number 386 entitled "Freedom From Wrong Mindsets" this past Sunday, and feel so great. I feel like I can conquer anything! We all makes mistakes, and thank God HE helps us to become better and better.
