Don't diet, just eat wright. What that means is loose the sugar and sweets. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Salad with Olive oil and vinegar for dressing. Stay away from animal fat and processed foods. Drink a good processed water. Stay away from dairy. That is the basics for any one weather you are trying to loose weight and be healthy as well or just want to be healthy.

I'm guessing Lys that you would do very well on 1500 calories a day. Most women at those Weight Watcher meetings I attend are on anywhere from 1200-1600 calories a day. What your dilemma requires is limiting your input. The best way to do that is to count your calories (Weight Watchers use the point system and count points: 50 calories is one point). If you decide to follow Weight Watcher guidelines you would do nicely on 30 points a day. If you find yourself gaining weight or remaining stagnant drop a few points from your intake.I've lost 38 pounds with Weight Watchers and am now at my goal weight. It works.

here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad. this fills u up. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein.this will prevent cravings too.an occassional treat is OK. have a snack every three hours. fruit (ideally berries) or soy nuts. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs. switch from white rice and bread to brown. eat 900gms of veggies a day.Lose a kilo a week. that is permanent loss. pick an exercise regime you like. get a pedometer and take 10,000 steps everyday.

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It's really great to stop food cravings.Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.
