| Ok, I am already in pretty decent shape, but I REALLY want to tone up this summer. I gain weight easily, so I maintain my current weight by avoiding all refined carbs (breads, sugars, white rice, etc) and never eat dairy. I don't drink only black coffee or water. And I go to the gym 3x week.Below is the diet plan I've been on to drop the last 10 lbs...But really, I've been doing this for about a week and a half, and I haven't lost a pound. I'm totally realistic..I only want to drop a couple of pounds a week. Can someone tell me what I might be doing wrong??Breakfast: 3 egg whites scrambled with non-stick cooking spray, 1 cup greens tossed with apple cider vinegarLunch: 3 oz grilled skinless chicken breast, 1 cup greens tossed with apple cider vinegarDinner: 3 oz grilled lean fish, 1 cup low-glycemic veggies cooked with 1 spritz non-fat cooking spraySnack: 1 scoop plain whey protein powder with 8 oz unsweetened almond milk So? Any reason why I should not be losing weight? |
