| Cycling works the big muscles in your thighs, calves and bottom. In order to do this, your body needs to create fuel, which it does using energy from the food you eat and from your body's stores, ie your fat. You'll end up with greater strength and endurance in your legs, you'll improve your cardiovascular fitness, your blood pressure will improve, you'll sleep better, you'll have more energy generally, it's a great stress buster, and you'll probably feel better about yourself.Happy cycling!! |
