Hi. I am starting a very strict diet and exercise routine. I am wondering if any women or even men are out there who are beginning a strict diet as well in order to lose a LOT of weight would like to email back and forth about how we are doing each day. I've tried joining programs and such and they are so ridiculously expensive! They aren't trying to help people, they are trying to rip people off. I was thinking maybe we could all email each other back and forth for support. We could talk about what are diet and days consisted off and about how much we have lost. We could offer suggestions for healthy meals, snacks, exercises, etc. I have tried to do it alone and I get nowhere. Please email me if you would be interested in being a an eDiet buddy. Please don't email me if you aren't seriously overweight and serious about losing it. Please also be over 18 years of age.Maybe you also know someone who is wanting and willing to try an eSupport group too. Email them this page and help get them started on a healthy new lifestyle too.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com

Because I'm a diabetic, I have changed the way I eat alot already. While I don't want to be obligated to a "group" at this time, I would consider joining a forum, if you were to set one up, so I could learn of new recipes and get some ideas. I find that if I try to go into an actual diet, and"restrict" foods that I have more trouble than if I allow myself to have that food when I want it( just not so much).
