| I'm 16 years oldI'm 5'9.I'm 133 pounds.I want to start taking some protein powder shakes. However, I am nervous that I won't do enough exercise to burn all he calories, because I don't want to go to the gym, I want to workout at home. I don't want to get fat . . .This is what my buddy suggested. He said that if I took one glass a day that had 1000 calories that I could do:- 10 sets of 10 pushups- 20 sets of 20 pushupsAnd I'm also going to do calf raises and stuff. Please help and give me suggstions! Thanks!haha yes i have a wii!!!im gunna get that game |

| this wont work, you would need to do thousands of push ups to lose 1000 calories, and why are you using protien powder if your going to get rid of the calories gained by it by doing push ups?your only 16 your body is still growing protein powder is not the way to go |
