i bought the perfect push up and im planning on doing it everyday after my running or jiu-jitsu workouts. i will do 2 sets of 25 push ups . i will also eat dinner right after the push up workout.i am currently following a diet designed to lose fat.Diet: Eat 5-6 small meals a day(some are snacks)08:00 1 cup of milk and 3 handfuls of oatmeal cereal10:00 tuna or chicken(2-3 handfuls)*mostly chicken12:30 bagel w/ cream cheese15:30 chicken,banana,2 handfuls of oatmeal w/ milk,2 apple17:00 3 handfull oatmeal with milk,2 apple19:00 tuna or chicken.with whey protein shake22:00 chicken,oatmeal(1 handful)*skip 22:00 sometimes,if i am going to sleep before it,i eat an hour before the workout and 15 minutes after the workouTwill i be gaining any muscle if this diet is mainly used to lose fat?and how would my weight change in the weighing scale?would i be gaining pounds or losing pounds?

With the push ups you are doing, you will gain muscle regardless of what diet you are on. This is good because you will not only loose fat, but turn some of it into muscle.keep it up yo.

if you make your diet/day too strict and plan it out too much, it can be difficult to follow your plan
