I'm planning on eating lots of healthy food to lose the weight and taking vitamins and drinking plenty of water!!! I know I can stay on the diet. I just need to know how many calories to eat!Thxx!!!because then I will look amazing in skinny jeans...those girls don't really look anorexic though....well scene/emo boys obviously like itewwiiiee!! I don't eat animals!!!!!actually.....emo kids are hawt IMO |

| The amount of calories you should eat aday depend on your height, weight, age, gender, etc. Most girls need about 1800-2000. However to lose weight you need to eat 500-1000 less calories aday.EDIT: I didn't look at the pictures before I wrote that ^^^^. She is wayyyyyyyyyyyy too skinny. |

| Those girls obviously have anorexia, don't do it. Anorexia is the most painful thing I've ever experienced , and im currently experiencing, if you want to be healthy, eat right and exercise, if you want to look sick, i can't help you. |

The girls in those pictures are not healthy. You are on the right track about eating healthy though. Plenty of water, fruits/veggies, low fat meats which are very important, like chicken, stay away from candy, switch to sugarless gum like Orbits, use fat free mayo, dressings, margarine not butter, cut down fried foods like fries, fast food. Portion your meals so you dont over eat, pick out healthy snacks like veggies & dip instead of chips. Go for a short run a couple times a week. Dont over do it, and dont starve yourself what-so-ever, its bad for your body. treat yourself every once in a while to something small and yummy Dont go for that anorexic look, its bad for you and if you asked any boy, they would tell you that they prefer girls with a little curve to their body, its natural. AND please please please dont do this for any boy, do it for yourself!! Good luck hun. |

| You should find the weight that is right for you not a picture of someone else or what you think someone else might like, it is what you like and you feel comfortable in. And no guy is worth putting to many pounds on. Losing it quickly will only add to your frustration when you end up putting it back on and then some slower is better. As for the calories you did not say how old you are my guess is 14-17 and you did not say how much you want to lose and how quickly you want to lose it, more details are in order for an accurate answer.Work out and eat healthy and watch the sugar and fat intake and you will be fine, just don't go to any extremes.Good luck and there are always more guys. |
