Ok so I have recently noticed I've put on some weight. Here are my details:145ft 1FemaleWeigh at the moment: 108lbsI would love to loose 7lbs, but what is the quickest way of doing it?I already: Cycle nearly every other day, on a mountain bike in forest terrain, go to the gym for 30min every week, but what else can I do?Is there any yummie low calorie cheap food/drink that isn't fattening? Popcorn good?

Let me just say that exercise is your best friend right now. I walk 4 miles a day, eat 2000 calories a day and lose 1- 2 pounds a week. I attribute part of that to Weight Watchers and part to exercise, but of the two exercise is dominant. And yes 94% fat free popcorn is great for a snack. Just as an aside, 1-2 pounds is save weight loss. Anything faster than that and you are asking for trouble.

I don't think you want loose weight. I'm sure tight weight (if there is such a thing) looks much better than loose weight.
