Fluids to not build stomach muscles. Hard work on the general area builds them.Riding a bike is good general exercise but if you want to lose within a specific area, you need to work on that area.Breads, noodles, potatoes and other starches cause fat to the body after breakdown turns to sugar. If you do not want to gain more weight then you already have watch your diet.If you want to gain more muscles in the stomach area, then you need to do more sit ups, and use a single large weight while doing crunches. There are many other exercises for the waistband area,, just look on lone.

it would help to burn calories, but the weight loss would only happen if you do not eat/drink more to make up for the calories you burn

yes, certainly it would burn off a lot of calories. but choose a rational system to develop your body's muscle. It is very important to look at the culture of body, - its muscles, tone, health, different skills, stamina, strength and finally a certain awareness in the body itself, so that it spontaneously knows what is good or bad for it.

It would burn a lot of fat, but that is a long way to go even on a exercise bike, are you sure about the distance?

15 miles of cycling is quite a lot of work - so yes it will burn a lot of energy and therefore you should lose body fat (as long as you don't take to eating loads to replace what you've used in the exercise)If you lose fat from your stomach, you will be able to see the muscle tone more, but cycling will not build muscles in the stomach. If you want to strengthen and tone your abs go for crunches, torso twists, plank holds - and don't forget your lower back raises, especially if you're going to be hunched over a bike for long periods of time.
