If you're doing all that and nothing is working you might want to have your doctor check your thyroid.

what do you do when you go to the gym? you know if you work out a lot you also gain a lot of weight because muscle weighs a lot more than fat. maybe you shouldn't work out so much. especially not swimming. most people who swim are quite bulky. as far a eating you should be able to eat whatever you want but tiny tiny portions. its really good to eat a lot like ten times a day in tiny portions. it boosts up your metabolism like crazy and your body starts burning fat. most people only eat like twice a day or something and they eat low carbs. that makes your body want to conserve energy because its not getting enough, thus lowering your metabolism. makes sense right?

ok first of all attractivness has more to do with confidence than size, so be proud of yourself and say positive things about yourself that will make you begin to feel better, ok now to the weight..... ok most diets are shit and dont work the best diet is basically calorie counting or portion control and dont take pills there bullshit complete bullshit, ok so the Discovery health BMR calculator says your daily rate of calories burned just to stay alive is around 1500, so your looking at if you are active daily and workout prolly your actual burn rate is closer to 2200 calories a day and up, so my suggestion would be to try to only eat about 1700 calorie a day, and drop your exercising down to 5 days a week not 7 you could very well be over working your body thus causing your metabolism to shut down, also spread those 1700 hundred calories out into 5 to 6 meals a day of small portions, basically eat every 2 to 3 hours, if your eatting as healthy as you say that should be hard to do at all, only eat about 2 pieces of fruit a day, and the rest veggies and some lean meats like chicken and turkey and fish, try to avoid red meat like hamburger and etc..... the reason why i say limit the fruits is because fruits are high in sugar even though it natural, and limiting them for a mnth or so my help kick start your metabolism, now back to the workouts its not about how often you workout but about how intensly you do, so try to up your intensity a good workout should have you sweeting from start to finish and leave you alittle short of breath, my suggestion is to look into circuit training, or HIIT (high intensity intreval trianing) these have been proven to burn up to 5 times the calories as just cardio alone, and again maixmium is 5 times a week and no less than 3, also what kind of fluids do you drink, if its not water chances are your sabotaging your diet, see even though juice is good for you its really high in calories, and diet sodas actually cause weight gain, so my suggestion is water only, or tea the kind you make yourself, and no sugar just lemon or honey for flavor... and NO cokes, or juice..... another big thing is sleep make sure you get atleast 7 to 9 hrs a night if your not getting this much it can seriously slow down your metabolism and your bodys immune system and ability to heal itslef... now the last thing i would recommend is trying to get rid of or learn how to cope with stress, see stress can cause weight gain and a slow metabolism, thats why i said its important to love yourself and not be down on yourself just doing that can cause you to gain weight and slow up your metabolism, but anyways try this stuff for 2mnths be patient and stick with it, and if after 2 mnths you dont see weight loss then i would go back to your doctor and have him check your thyroid, but honestly i have very high doubts that you have any medical condition, because generally a thyroid leads to excessive weight gain not just being over weight and not being able to lose it, with that you just keep gaining weight at a steady rate, which i doubt is your case, anyways really try this stuff, stay commited to it and again avoid those sneaky calories like juice, to much breads, and candies. and pay attention to your CALORIES write everything you eat down and do this for a week it will give you an idea of just how much you really eat a day, most professionals will tell you to do this because you will be suprised how much you really do. anyways goodluck and if you need anything else you can email me, and just stick with it and be patient Very Happy im pulling for ya

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It's really great to stop food cravings.Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.
