I've never really tried a real diet plan before. I want to lose about 20 to 30 pounds and I want a real diet and exercise program that does in fact work. I know the best thing is to just watch what you eat and exercise which is what this looks like it is promoting (not diet pills that i have never heard worked). I just don't want to spend ALL of that money and time trying to lose the weight and then I gain it all back the second I stopped eating the foods it told me to. I just want to get down to my ideal weight and then exercise to keep it off...not be stuck to a diet plan for the rest of my life. thanks! |

| just wanted to say that I have been on the 6 week body makeover now ... It really is a great program and does indeed work as long as you can follow it.This is the first product I have actually seen work....and believe me...I have tried them all! I ate more tuna than ever before and I lost about 45 pounds in one month. It melted off so fast people at work thought I was ill! I did feel great, but then I ate some cheese and made me terribly ill. The plan works as long as you keep doing it and do eat when and what you're supposed to. I didn't do any exercises at all. At first it was difficult to eat all the protein and give up caffeine and sugar but after a week or two it became so much easier. This is a great program as long as you put in the effort |

| The only thing that has worked for me is to cut my calories to about 1500 a day and start walking and eating super healthy. Lots of fruits, veggies, non fat dairy, whole grains, green tea, and lean meats. Ive was able to keep all the weight i gained off for three yrs when I lost weight before which was forty pounds. But the thing is, because I didn't keep my good eating habits and I started eating fast food, processed foods, and sweets. I gained a crap load of weight over the last three yrs. So, you have to eat healthy and walk the rest of your life inorder to stay healthy. Doesn't mean you have to calorie restrict the rest of your life. Just keep eating healthy foods and walking. Ive been on it again for three weeks and I have lost 8 pounds and I feel great. Read up a little on calorie restricions. |

| Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It's really great to stop food cravings.Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps. |
