| I use to walk. A few years ago, I fell and really ruined my ankle. It doesn't take long for my ankle to start to hurt. Is it possible to take up walking again and try to relieve my ankle pain as much as possible? I have invested in a great pair of shoes, but didn't know if there's anything else I can do. |

| You may want to lay off the ankle until it completely heals. You really need to see what the doctor say. http://www.makeoverfitness.com |

| That has happened to me before. I consulted a doctor and he told me that i should rest at least 2 to 3 weeks until the pain goes away before starting a vigorous exercise. |

| maybe you could start off slow, too gain streghnth from your ankle, then walk a little longer each day. Afterwards, put an ice pack or a heating pad on it. |
