i am 5'4 and weigh 150 pounds. I have lost about 45 pounds and i weight train 3-4 times a week. i am still trying to slim down about 20 more pounds. here is where it gets tricky.i am a cycle instructor and was teaching 5 classes a week ( an hour each) since my body was used to it, i ran about 4 times a week about 3 miles at a time for extra cardio. things were going great but now i have picked up an extra 4 classes. this means 9 hours of cycling. this is a lot of cardio so i am worried that i am going to loose the muscle that i have worked so hard to get. the last thing i want is to get flabby again. i do get off the bike periodically but still its a lot of cardio. should i cut out the rest that i was doing? my body is so accustomed to cycling as far as weight goes, it does not change with only that.

just make sure you dont overdose yourself with too much protein..im a vegetarian who drinks 2-3 glasses of lowfat milk daily and snack on raw nuts and dried figs..i eat tofu 4 times a week and have been losing 3 pounds weekly..according to my fitness trainer and his calculations, the weight is purely fat,no muscle loss at all..
