Well I really don't think I look like very fat man.Well Im 12, and about 150-160 pounds, I know but when you think of that, your like holy shit! I think I don't look that fat, but im still fat. My stomach doesn't pop out like a watermelon unless I force it to, When I put hard pressure I can feel a hard thing on my stomach (feels like ab's but don't look like it).Im in 7th grade and I feel like im so strong to, Im 5ft 6 with my shoes on and around 5ft 4 or 5 w/o my shoes on. Everynight I walk around 2-4 miles (3-4 times around the park).I was around 164 lb's in the beggining of the year, and so far I dropped to 150.I eat like 2-3 times a day. School Lunch (fake food ._.) And afternoon, dinner.Well im 100% I have very fat thys to, Is there anyway I can lose fat off my thys? Idk what this is called, but its above my waist, and theres like 2 buldges of fat.Above my hips.How can I lose weight fast and around my thys? I run a mile everyday at P.E to!

Not by walking that's for sure..Try running two miles a day...and make sure you are sweating...Try lunges, and squats. And if you have access to a stair master, use that for your cardio (30 minutes)Also...low fat diet..of course...Cut down on fried foods..Eat more fruits and Veggies...DRINK MORE WATER....Work out your abs...Another thing..instead of eating 2-3 meals....eat 5 smaller ones...

Well, you are only 12 years old, so you will grow a lot in the next couple of years. I wouldn't worry about how much you weigh- as you go through a growth spurt you will become leaner. Just eat right and get lots of exercise.Besides, you've lost 14 pounds this year. That's a good weight loss- at that rate, you'll lose more than 30 pounds in one year. Try to eat more often, but smaller portions. And try to stay away from sweets and sodapop and you'll be fine.

i wish i could help you but i have the same problem except i'm like 145 lbs but other than that i'm the same age same height. hey i know this is your question and every thing but do you just walk around the park just like in circles because i'm afraid people will think i'm weird but i guess i just shouldn't care sorry i'm asking you questions I just really want to know:D

To lose fat and weight, do not eat to much carbohydarates like bread, poatos or pasta. If you can avoid that you will lose weight
