| I have leg problems, so I can basically only exercise using the ellipticals or the bikes. I can't use tread mills. Right now I'm doing 30 minutes on the ellipticals, 5-10 minute break, and then 25 minutes on stationary bike. I am out of shape and overweight. I want to change both. I'm dedicated to going to the gym and spending about an 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes working out. What would be the best way to get into shape on these machines? What are the best workout modes? Weight loss, cross country, hills, intervals? I would really like a suggestion for a workout routine that gets progressively harder, so I can get into better and better shape. Thanks! |
