| I am doing 50 minutes on a low resistance setting on my exercise bike (very rapid cycling) 20-25 minutes jogging on the spot. 25 mins aerobics/toning exercises. I want to know if this is going to add more muscle weight. I have already been working out for around 2-3 months on the exercise bike and with walking, but just added the jogging on spot. |

| you're not doing any strenght training, so overall, it seems you would decrease fat |
