A weight loss program that is for pre-teens (10-12) that is for free?Hi, i am 5'1'' and i am a girl that is 11years old and i weigh 129 pounds and i want to loss some becuase i went on a website that only tells you how much you should weigh.my waist is 35inches and that is to big and ya so i need a website that will tell me what to exercise and when and stuff like that. and don't just say diet and exercise because i tried that on my own and that does not work for me and don't just say search it on google.com becuase i did that and nothing comes up. i never had any kids or anything like that to make me gain weight!all i want to do is loss weight so i am not called the fat girl at school and i want to look desent in a bathing suit and just beable to look skinny with all of my friends. i have not started my period yet if that helps and i have been trying to look for websites today but i still can't find any so it would be great if you could help me!! thanx

The real secret is to eat well and excercise often. Don't become anorexic as it's revolting.Lay off the candy and soda too.

I wouldnt worry about it too much as your only 11 so most of it is probably puppy fat and you will lose it as you grow taller.just try to get at least 5 fruit and veg per day, one or two portions of protien and one or two servings of carbs. instead of snacking on crisps or chocolate snack on an apple, a banana, a raw carrot or some celery sticks!Good luck x

Pre-teens should not be losing weight. You're a growing girl. Going on a diet could stunt your growth and damage your bones and organ systems.If you're concerned about your weight, talk to your doctor. Your doctor can give you a supervised diet plan to make sure that you're not stunting your growth.

i'll give you a site that should start you off right and the information will be good for the rest of your life. if you follow the rules ,you'll be successful and it won't be that hard and you'll be happy with yourself.you'll eat what you wantyou be motivated and happyand you'll decide what exercises to do.remember all movement burns calories.exercise or work or play.(example, i like to dance to the song Party Train,over and over,it makes me feel good)shouldn't you be in charge of your life and decide what makes you happy?also, if you're not interested in the site below right now. save it to favorites and come back to it sometime.
