Well, about 2-cups a day of regular coffee, with only fake sugar and non-dairy creamer. Too many calories in the other.

"'Don't talk to me until I've had my morning coffee,' Uhm...PATHETIC! Coffee is for p*ssies. think about how widley accepted it has become that people NEED coffee to wake up. You should not NEED anything to wake up. If you can't wake up without it, it's because you are either addicted to caffeine, sleep deprived, or a generally unhealthy slob. It may seem like the end of the world to give up your daily dose, especailly if you rely on Starbucks as a good place to meet men. But it's not heroin, girls, and you'll learn to live without it. *****Caffiene can cause headaches, digestive probems, irritation of the stomach and bladder, peptic ulcers, diarrhea, constipation, fatigue, anxiety, and depression. It affects every organ system, fom the nervous system to the skin. Caffiene raises stress hormone levels, inhibits important enzyme systems that are responsible for cleaning the body, and sensitizes nerve reception sites. ****One study even links caffiene to an increased susceptibility. ****But don't go grabbing the decaf. Coffee, wether regular or decaf, is highly acidic. Acidic foods CAUSE YOUR BODY TO PRODUCE FAT CELLS, IN ORDER TO KEEP THE ACID AWAY FROM YOUR ORGANS. (Please, do not link this acid issue to citrus and other fruits...)***SO COFFEE EQUALS FAT CELLS. ***FURTHERMORE, coffee beans, like other crops, are growinwith chemical pesticides. One insecticide, D-D-7, has been banned from the United States, but is STILL USED by other countries FROM WHICH WE IMPORT COFFEE BEANS. So every single moning, you are starting your day with a dose of poison. Add sugar or other artificial sweeteners, top it off with milk or cream, and you'll be fat forever. If you enjoy an occasional cup of coffee, FINE. But if you NEED it, GIVE IT UP."SO DON'T GO HAVING A CUP PER DAY.

If you compensate with rigorous exercise , then it does not matter. If not, find an artificial sweetener and milker that does not kill you on the side.

The recommendation on caffeine is not to exceed 300 mg per day. That would be approximately 3 cups of coffee. Should not make a difference in weight loss unless you are doing 3 Caffè Vanilla Frappuccino® Blended Coffee - whip from Starbucks- those are 430 calories per 16 oz.

How much sugar and cream do you use in each coffee also what kind of cream is it? Double or half cream? If it's one teaspoon of sugar and 20 ml of half cream it's just 40 calories, not a lot. Even three such coffees will cost you only 120 calories.
