| I got to fat headed and started eating out like 2 times a day. I exercised but still gained weight because it was mainly Mc.Donalds. So I need a quick way to lose about 5 pounds to jump start my "healthy livingness". I plan on getting back on track to the good eating and hour of exercise. Anything is good. Don't be a smart ass please. |

| i lost 3 pounds easily in a week...just eat a little healthierreduce your calorie and carb intake..run, do jumpingjacks, and dance...youll lose 5 pounds in no time |

| i'm looking to do the same thing. what i'm going to do starting tomorrow for 3 days or until friday is drink about 30 ounces of grapefruit juice a day and 30 or 40 ounces of water.(detox so no food) although what will be lost is mostly water weight i think it'll jumpstart my weight loss because grapefruit juice boosts your metabolism. so once you start working out be sure to eat lots of grapfruit & grapefruit juice!! another thing you could try for 2 weeks or a month is the south beach or atkins diet. since it was mainly mcdonalds when you start your healthy eating habits stay away from trans fat and high fructose corn syrup those tend to be your enemy with weight loss.good luck and stick with it you'll get back where you were before soon! =) |
