| Ok, im 14, 5'7'' and fat. Some people tell me im not, but I would say 179 lbs is pretty huge....I am desperate to lose some major weight and gain some muscle before a big even this summer!!Does anyone have any diets or exercise plans that really worked well??? Its hard for me to stay motivated! Also, any FREE diet sites. I have already tried SparkPeople and a few others!THanks SO MUCH! |

| i'm 14 too and the diet i'm on is this special K diet that you can find on the back of the cereal box. So far, i;m pretty happy with the diet and every 2 weeks i lose 1 inch off my waist and a jean size (10 pounds) also, special K has an online website (specialk.com i think). for modivation you can treat yourself to a little bit of junk food maybe once a week? i hope this helps =] |

| If you want to loose fat and gain muscle you should try to just eat rightand myoplex protein shakes also help you gain muscle.And work out a few times a weekI reccomend getting one of those large workout balls and doing crunches on them. There one of the most effective ways to tone your stomach.good luck |
