so i am size 16 now and i want to be size 8 by the end of june. I was planning to go on a diet and loose 10 pounds a week by working out. I will be following General Motors Diet ( if you dont know of it, you can google it). The bottom line is i would love to fit in size 8 even if i dont loose too much weight. Will muscle toning help? I dont want to spend any money on gym but I can join Curves. Do you have any idea if Curves provides a work-out that helps in muscle gain? I can do weights at home but I have never really done an actual weight session. This is kind of freaking me out 'cause I dont want to injure myself. I do have a manual treadmill at home and I also have a very good Yoga Cd. The main problem area(s) are my thighs. Please help!! I am desperate.

For me it is better that you loose weight first before gaining muscles. What I mean is that you have to lose your fats first. After you lose these, you can start building your muscles.

Start running and do high volume upper body work. The running will drop some weight while the high volume upper body workout will give you tone. Don't worry about doing leg workouts if you run.If you don't run, for the love of God and all things sacred, don't use stair climbers or have excessive grades (more than 4%) on the treadmills. That will thicken your legs, so don't do that. You can't lose 10 pounds a week without hurting yourself BTW. I don't care what those magazines all say in the supermarket line, it's utter bullsh*t. They prey on peoples insecurites to get them to by their magazines.

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product (I only wanted something 100% natural). I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great detoxification colon cleanse and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at http://healthy-and-thin.us , they give you a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
