| im 13 (obvioulsy)5foot 3inches134 pounds34Asummer is coming and i want to look good in a bikiniim not going swimming until i look betterhow much should i weigh?can someone make me a list of what i should do to lose weight?like exercizes and foodi dont like fish or eggs.any help?10 points for best answerthanks |

| you are thirteen you don't need to lose weight but you can eat lots of fruits and vegatables you are the pewrfect weight for your age and height. just tighten it |

| Make sure you eat a balanced meal to include fruits, veggies, and whole grains. If you are not normally athletic, start with walking and jogging until you can work up to running. Start with 30 min's every other day. Be realistic and try to watch choices when eating fast food. Avoid soda's and sugars and drink plenty of water. Good Luck. |

| Fruit, you can eat all you want and it's very healthy. Veggies are good too. Don't eat a whole ton of meat. Eat little rice/potato/pasta as it has startch. Please don't go "too far" with dieting, as you're only 13. Just eat healthy, don't eat junk food or take out. Good luck! |

| This is what happens to girls, don't do any dangerous eating habbits. You nearly at the average ramge, your just 1 lb over. For a body, workout doing crunches, leg lifts, biking, swimming, and supermen.(if you don't know any of these just ask a guy.) |

| I am also 13 and I found a great great great workout,weight loss program. So for a typical breakfast try eating 100% fruit juice or natural sweetened fruit juice or orange juice with wheat toast and a small amount of butter or no butter at all, or milk with a peice of fruit (nothing on the fruit like sugar, carmal, etc.) and and a low fat muffin or plain bagel with no butter, or a bowl of grape nut cereal with juice or peanuts/cashews/nuts with ice tea with no added sugar. Switch it up everyday. Make sure you dont over indulge and take your time eating because it takes around 20 minutes for your stomach to tell your brain you are full. For lunch try turkey on wheat bread with milk and in stead of chips and desert try low fat frozen yogurt as a desert substitute and either baked lays chips or a small bag of pretzels instead of fatty chips, cheese sandwhich on white bread with milk and a peice of fruit and ants on a log (celery with peanut butter on top and raisons), chicken noodle soup with baked lays or pretzels and salad with cucumber letuce tomatato carrots and NO dressing, etc etc etc. For dinner have small protions of whatever your mother is serving. Make sure you give full participation at gym time and recess. At home try sit ups (25 sit ups 3 times) push ups (25 push ups 2 times) lunges (50 on each leg 5 times [this works so fantastic for butts and legs]) and running (30 minutes of running/jogging 1 or 2 times) each day. you'll see in about a month great great great great great results and after 3 months you get amazingly hot!!!!!!! |
