| im 130 pounds and im 14 i dont have a bad body and im not really interested in a diet plan just a workout plan. I play tennis but i tore my achilees tendon and have been out of exercize for 14 weeks i feel like i have gained so much weight because i have been injured and i need to get back in shape i really want some good ab, thigh, and butt exercizes does anyone have some good ones please be descriptive if you have any and i dont know many exercizing terms so please explaini also dont want to buy any book or anything that costs money |

| diet is JUST as important as the workout so i wouldn't say that your not interested in a "diet plan" |
