*go back to weight watchers--the lost body weight will pay it all off*exercise (hula hoops help alot and are actually easy)*eat well (your body goes into starvation mode by actually storing fat if you don't eat at least 2000 good calories every day)*diet pills don't really work*look at the saturated fat percentage on the backs of foods (it should be less than 10%. if not, put it back on the shelf)*bread is good--just try to stay away from white bread--make that an occasional treat

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it. Then also try to find a well balance diet program. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days. It might be the thing you are looking for, I know it's well balanced. If you want e-mail me and I can tell you more about either of these.

This is just me but whatever. I am a teenager and have overweight just about all of my life, and still pretty much am. I am lucky because I'm very tall for how heavy I am (5,9.but will get about 6,2 to 6,3). I also lift weights. I i lost about 10 pounds over the past couple weeks and currently weigh about 188. I am 14 and life can become a bitch to an overweight person, that is what i think determines me to try and lose weight. I found that when i go to the gym that getting a highly determined mentality and just focusing on the goal is key. I hate to disagree with other people but almost all of those diet programs don't work. Even rewarding yourself will probably not work, you will start to break them, feel guilty and go even more off track. I have tried these and they just aren't the right thing. I stopped using any sort of diet and going back to basics, 3 square meals. I have been occupying myself with friends and anything else which doesn't involve eating. When i go to the gym i use the elliptical for 40 mins, run a mile, then lift weights for an hour. It seems a bit excessive but once you start pushing your limits you just keep going. Try going with friends and challenging yourself. Just KEEP POSITIVE, it will pay off. Every time i lose weight I have found myself more confident.

Step 1.Okay you are saying and repeating your first mistake everytime you post... You barely eat, that by itself will kill your metabolisim and you won't burn anythign anytime soon. When you barely eat, your body thinks you are starving it and stores everything instead of burning it. So increase the quantity of times you are eating per day but limit the portion!Step 2.Drink lots of water. Limit sweet drinks, coffee, juices and all that. Eventhough juices are healthy but they contain loads of sugar so next time you want to drink fruit juice, how about you bite into 1.Step 3.When you have an office job or use the computer a lot you don't realize you are confined in that damn chair for about 8 hours a day. We do the same mistake by getting on the computer the minute we walk into our home. Take a break and go for a brisk walk, for 15 minutes to stretch your muscles and what not.Step 4.Exercise!!! It's not only about maintaining a healthy good eating habbit, you also need to incorporate exercise. They say minimum 45 mins walk would do at least 3 times a week. I say up it to an hr minimum. This will be your cardio. You also need some resistance exercises, weight lifting, squats, situps and all those good things so you can tone your body. Cardio by itself isn't effective b/c you will lose muscle mass and you won't tone. So balance b/w cardio and weight lifting. Oh and do not fall into routine, your body will get used to it and stop responding!Step 5.Listen to your body... When a baby cries you know there is something wrong with him/her either wet diapers to fever. Do not ignore the signs. If you are tired, body aching, knees hurting or what not, give yourself a break. Do not over exert yourself cause you will get burnt out. Give your body it's well deserved rest.Step 6.You need the motivation to do this. You need to realize that you have a problem. This is not a quick fix. The faster you lose the weight the faster you will gain it back again. It's about wanting to change your life style and sticking with it. Once you start exercising and eating right, this is it for the rest of your life. So have someone that will motivate you and give you positive feedback.Drag a friend with you.Step 7.Hmmmm what else. Goals! Let them be realistic. Once you reach the goal of the week or so you would feel more confident and just treck through it. I will include this in here as well, we all platuea while trying to lose weight. At this point, don't get discouraged, you might have to tweak your exercise or time or set of repetition you do.Step 8.Don't wait any longer, cause the longer you wait you more you gain. This is not boot camp, you should be enjoying it at the same time. Do not restrict yourself from what you like to eat, just limit it to less portions (i.e. if you love pizza, eat 1 slice a week or 2 weeks). Good Luck!

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It's really great to stop food cravings.Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.
