| ive been goin to the gym every day/ i work out really hard. i been just juping on cardio machiens and weights for like an hour a day. im sweating bullets by the time im done. I also wear a heart rate monitor watch that tells u how many calories ur burning i burn like 700 a day plus i took a day off here an dthere |

| If you burn 700 calories a day you need to eat less than that in order to lose weight. Try to do weight training as well, it will also burn. Also try walking instead of taking a bus or a car. Do sit ups, press ups constantly and drink lots of water (it helps with dissolving the fat cells) |

| It depends.You should lose weight, but these tips might help you lose more.Make sure you lift weight and do cardio. But if you can give yourself at least 8 hours rest in between the two. I go to the gym twice a day. But if you can't alternate cardio and weight lifting.Never workout longer than 1 hour at a time, or you will reverse any gains you are making.As long as your heart is healthy, you can do interval training twice a week, when you do cardio. Get your heart rate up to 80% your maximum heart rate for 1 minute doing high intensity exercise. (Escentially a sprint). And then cool down for a minute or two before doing it again.It sounds like you are doing well with your heart rate, but it is good to know what you are aiming for.The other times you do cardio, keep your heart rate low, at about at around 55% your maximum heart rate, to maximize fat lose.Finally, make sure you get plenty of rest, because that is when you gain the benefits of your exercise.This link will tell you more about how to calculate your target heart rate. http://www.shapefit.com/target-heart-rate-aerobic-training.html |
