I am eating more healthy now and would like to try naturally to speed up my weight loss program. Can you suggest stuff I can eat rather than buy pills that don't work?

pineapple - it's a natural appetite suppressant as well. Apples, help to burn fat. Cabbage because it's so low in calories and fills you well (cabbage salad: cut row white cabbage in long thin stripes, add salt. Wait till cabbage will give out some of her juice, srpinkle with oil. It has a lot of vitamins, too.)

nuts like brazil nuts, pecans, wallnuts are full of good fats that help you to burn saturated fats. spicey foods help to kick start your metabolism and in turn burn more calories. also gingseng and caffeine for burning those calories
