| 50 crunches (normal, works top muscles)close to 70 lower crunches (bottom muscles, use abs to move legs)20 pushups, 20 pulls on weight machine (30 lbs), 10 working inside arms.running 20 minutes (not stopping to walk) elliptical for 10 minutes on weight loss programming. and 30 squats after that.i also had approximately 1400-500 cals along with it.would i tone? (excusing the fact that ill increase my exercises as i grow accustomed) |

| "Toning" is a two part process. You need to lower body fat, and increase muscle, which are two separate processes.Your workout looks decent. As you grow accustomed, don't do MORE reps, add resistance (ie use the weight balls etc.) |
