| I do a real mix of everything, running, fitness classes but the thing that has helped the most with my figure is body pump. If you do not know what this is it is a class taken at most leisure centres where you work your major muscle groups by lifting weights to music. I havent lost a lot of weight on the scales but everything has really tightened up, and I have lost inches hope this helps xx |
