| I'm a discus thrower and I'll looking to add pilates and yoga into my training routine. Pilates because it strengthens the core which is important in throwing as well as flexability which I'm hoping yoga will help. This is what a normal weight training week looks for me: Day 1 upper body, Day 2 lower body, rest on the third day, Day 4 I lift total body with cleans, jerks, and snatches, rest on Day 5 then I start the routine over. When would be a good time to incorperate pilates and yoga into my routine? Thank you. |
