| I recently acquired some weights, a weight bence and a bunch of curl bars. I have been benching, curls, squats and numerous other things. I want to gain allot of mass and I want to be cut, and ripped. Now I am looking for a set routine, I have searched for routines online. I find the most people recommend a 3 day work out. I understand that's a good advice but I want an intense one I want to work out six days a week. Someone help. Send me an im andrew71583 or post here. I am anxious to get going |

| Do the three day plan twice a week. Have a light workout the other day and you will be in the shape you want in no time. |
