| i do gymnastics for 4 hours everyday and I'm 17. I eat really healthy but my muscles are really thick. I also do yoga and pilates. I would like to shrink the size of my legs and stomach area by summertime, but it's hard because of how big my muscles are.Do you think that if i just eat salad and fruit, i will get smaller?What can i do to get smaller when i am already really active and healthy? I don't want to lose weight, I just want to be smaller and if that requires me losing weight, then i'm okay with that, but my goal is not just to lose weight. Please help me! |

Fruits and salads would help you loose weight.It will take time.You need some protein so I would put bits of chicken on my salad if I were you.And for yours legs...walk A LOT everyday.Trust me it works  |

| Keep doing what you are doing. Your healthy. Stay that way. Don't try to be something you are not. Treat your body right and you may live a long time and experience many things. Don't mess with perfection. |
