| I really want to tone up my inner thighs (right at the top), and my outer thighs, right below my hips. What are some good exercises to really target those areas? I like doing pilates, and yoga.. and I have a home gym weight machine. |

| Lunges and squats work well so if you have some dumbells-you can do some walking lunges or squats. If you have a weight machine at home, leg extensions work well to compliment the first 2 I mentioned, |

| Cycling. But be sure to strech out after. You don't want extra bulkey legs. |
