pilates is great for firming upyou can get differnt workout vidoe or classes to target which ever area of the body you want

yes,both are excellent stretching routines(unless you do certain poses according to your problem areas a few hours daily then its no more a mere stretching routine)that can be done daily without causing muscles to become hurt..but i will suggest that you do 15-20 mins cardio before and after each 45 minute or 1 hour session of yoga or pilates to get faster results..im happily losing 3 pounds weekly doing just that!

yes pilates and yoga work, but if you want to lower body fat try pilates
