| yes,both are excellent stretching routines(unless you do certain poses according to your problem areas a few hours daily then its no more a mere stretching routine)that can be done daily without causing muscles to become hurt..but i will suggest that you do 15-20 mins cardio before and after each 45 minute or 1 hour session of yoga or pilates to get faster results..im happily losing 3 pounds weekly doing just that! |
